How exciting is the hyper-growth phase for a start-up business? I had the pleasure of going to see such a business yesterday, I believe they're on the cusp of something big in their industry. The passion, the excitement, the determination to succeed and get things in place was truly infectious. What I loved from a recruitment point of view is wanted to build out their processes and frameworks now so that when it came to the mass recruitment phase they were in a position of strength. We covered a huge amount including candidate attraction strategies, embedding in the local community, induction & interview processes, onboarding, and everything in between. For any company looking to scale up or any company that deals with seasonality peaks, I would definitely recommend following this process. I can't stress how much work needs to be done before you start attracting candidates. If you start throwing volume into a broken system, the results will be hideous for both you and those candidates. #HyperGrowth #StartupSuccess #ScalingUp #RecruitmentStrategies #ProcessOptimisation
