Last night, the girlfriend of one of my best friends said to me, "When are you going to make us your burgers again? They were amazing." 🍔 And it's true, they were! But then why didn't it work out? 🛵 97% on Glovo 4.8 on Google 4.8 on Deliveroo Yet Vins Burger didn't work out. Why? Simple 💡 A good product isn't enough; you need good distribution. 🏪 And when you're talking about a fast-casual format, if you're not an influencer or you don't have a very high marketing budget (which you spend wisely), your number one choice in terms of distribution should be one thing only. Location. Location. Location. And our was just wrong. Not enough foot traffic. Target demographic not suitable for our product and price point. How and when did I realize this? Too many characters for LinkedIn's algorithm, but I've narrated it below 👇🏼
