From design & engineering  to service department, congrats to all those who contributed to this remarkable achievement. 

. GM DOESN'T cares about your safety. $$$$$ is all they care about. My vehicle has been in for service 6 times. The infotainment system locks up, like everything is on mute. I can't use my phone, Instagram or radio. I am a disabled senior citizen, live very rural. What happens if I have an emergency and this freezes? I am afraid to drive this. Dealership doest care and GM just wants payments THEY ARE AWARE THIS VEHICLE HAS A SAFETY ISSUE AND DO NOT CARE. I CAN ONLY GUESS THAT THEY HOPE I DIE IN THIS VEHICLE AND SOMEONE CONTINUES TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS

I'm not going to lie. I'm a little hesitant to buy a Chevrolet. I've been hearing a lot about quality issues that's synonymous with the brand. If you guys can just please explain this a little, I'd be more reluctant to buy a traverse.

Uma enorme admiração pela empresa, um sonho para quem está de fora. Porém decepcionada com o descaso, consideração e atenção com canditado. Em março deste ano passei por todas as etapas do processo seletivo, inclusive estando apta para função!! foram horas de entrevistas, horas de testes e horas de exames médicos,( horas que foram descontadas do meu salário, do antigo emprego ), que por ventura pedi demissão para poder entrar na Gm, afinal o médico disse estar apta. E hoje passado 4 meses!! Desempregada, meu filho passando necessidade pq sou mãe solo e sem nenhuma tratativa dos recrutadores e quando mando e-mail para Taíla Ribeiro sou ignorada. Obrigada GM

Absolute worst company I have ever seen. I wish I could throw my vehicle right back at you but I cannot because it’s been in your shop for weeks not being diagnosed while I pay for a rental. My completely leased vehicle that’s under warranty. Your customer service online in trash too

If you have a complaint with GM contact Ken Brooks Sales, Marketing and Operations Management at 8558801400 he gives an extention but will not answer its 5925677 if you skip the extention and press "0" you'll get the office and they can transfer email CEO Mary Berra mary.barra@gm.com Presodent Mark Reuss mark.reuss@gm.com
