EveGrocer Expands to the US Market in Partnership with TF Moran In a significant development for the international trade and food retail sectors, EVEGROCER, a platform known for its commitment to sustainable food distribution, has officially partnered with logistics giant TF Moran to facilitate its entry into the United States market. This collaboration was announced following EVEGROCER’s recognition at the Go Global Awards 2023 in Rhode Island, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s global expansion efforts. The memorandum of understanding (MOU) between EVEGROCER and TF Moran outlines a strategic alliance that will leverage TF Moran’s expertise in logistics and administrative support to streamline EVEGROCER’s entry into the competitive US market. This partnership aims to address the logistical challenges of cross-border trade, ensuring that EVEGROCER can efficiently offer its services and products to American consumers. The alliance comes at a time when the demand for sustainable and ethically produced food products is on the rise, both in the United States and globally. EVEGROCER’s platform, which has gained significant traction among food exporters who share the company’s vision for sustainability, is poised to introduce a diverse range of sustainable food options to the US market. San Francisco, California, has been chosen as the location for the first EVEGROCER store in the United States, a decision that underscores the city’s reputation as a hub for innovation and sustainability. The store’s opening is eagerly anticipated, as it will not only provide US consumers with access to sustainable food products from around the world but also serve as a model for responsible consumption and production practices. EVEGROCER’s expansion into the US is seen as a major step towards promoting sustainable production and consumption on a global scale. The company’s efforts align with a growing movement towards environmental responsibility and ethical consumption, challenging the food industry to adopt more sustainable practices. The International Trade Council views EVEGROCER’s partnership with TF Moran and its subsequent US market entry as a testament to the transformative power of international collaboration in advancing sustainable business practices. This development is expected to encourage more food and beverage companies to explore innovative solutions for global trade challenges, paving the way for a more sustainable future in the food industry. #SustainableEating #GlobalTrade #GreenSupplyChain

Last Thursday's Food & Drink Business PLAY news news update on a Monday - kicking goals in my indomitable style, but to be fair, #thehiveawards were being quite bolshy at the tail end of last week. But how can we forget: Head of Woolworths Group, Brad Banducci, starting the week with a ... lively ... interview on ABC Four Corners, and ending it by retiring (NOT resigning). While it is entertaining to think the two are intricately related, I think we all know that's not how the big end of town tends to roll, unless you're Qantas. And as Anthony Macdonald said on the #Chanticleer podcast last Friday, we haven't seen signs of ghost groceries yet. Brad is signing off and Amanda Bardwell is stepping up. Yes, another fine example of promoting/appointing a woman to the top when the road is unsealed but supermarkets and retailing are in her blood, she's been an absolute cracker at the head of WooliesX and - how great is it to have women leading Australia's two largest supermarket outfits. Fonterra is combing its Aus and NZ business units into one to become Fonterra Oceania. I, of course, initially interpreted this as Fonterra main and was a bit excited about what that would mean for this year's Top 100, but no, a bit lower down the chain and designed to help it compete better in the pretty challenging dairy market. Bega Group is closing the Burnie factory for Betta Milk and Pyengara Dairy (which it bought six months ago) and moving production to its existing Lenah Valley plant in Hobart... And more about Cultivate Food and Beverage, Adelaide Hills Foods (acquired by Bedford Group), The a2 Milk Company, Wide Open Agriculture, Unilever, Ben & Jerry's, The Arnott's Group, Kellanova, Kellogg Company, Foodbank Lindy Hughson, Pippa Haupt, Sharon Rose Amos, GS1 Australia,

Title: ACP Coffee Project: ITC Coffee Manual for Farmers and Agro-processors🌱☕ Hey LinkedIn fam! I'm thrilled to share my incredible experience being part of the ACP Coffee Project this year. 🌍🚀 Funded by the EU and spearheaded by the International Trade Center (ITC) and CSIR-Food Research Institute, this project aimed to revolutionize the world of coffee production. 🌱✨ From sustainable coffee cultivation practices to eco-efficient processing, our mission was to enhance the entire coffee value chain. 🌿🌐 Throughout this journey, I had the privilege of meeting experts from renowned institutions such as GSA, ACRAM, FDA, CRIG, MOFA, and GEPA exchanging insights and ideas that pushed the boundaries of innovation in the coffee industry. I also have the opportunity to reconnect with my undergraduate project supervisor, Dr Joycelyn Quansah. ☕💡 One of the most eye-opening aspects was discovering the wide range of products that can be derived from coffee. From the obvious classics like coffee beans and grounds to exciting new possibilities like coffee-infused skincare products and culinary delights, the potential seemed limitless! 💫🌟 But the project's impact extended far beyond just product diversification. We focused on fostering better local, regional, and global market integration, empowering coffee growers and producers to achieve sustainable growth and improved production performance. 📈🌍 This project truly reinforced the importance of collaboration, sustainability, and eco-conscious practices in the coffee industry. It's not just about a cup of joe; it's about creating a positive and lasting impact on the environment, communities, and economies. 🌎💚 I'm incredibly grateful for the knowledge and experiences gained from this project. It's energized me to continue championing sustainability, innovation, and positive change in every aspect of my work. Together, we can transform the coffee industry and create a better future for everyone involved. ☕💪 If you're as passionate about coffee and sustainability as I am, I'd love to connect and hear your thoughts on driving positive change in our beloved industry. Let's collaborate and make a difference together! 🌱✨ #ACPCoffeeProject #SustainableCoffee #Innovation #PositiveChange #CoffeeIndustry #LetsCollaborate #CSIR_FRI
