My biggest pet peeve in recruiting is whenever I ask an applicant what does he know about the company and I get an " I haven't checked yet answer". It is really strange when one shows up for an interview which probably means strong interest in joining the company and yet misses on some of the important and basic introductory questions. Being oblivious is not a good way to kick start your application journey with any company. What's yours? #recruitment #HRinManufacturing
