This order was for a wedding on 7/13, and I bought three different dresses to ensure I had at least one suitable option and to avoid any disappointment with the brand. Despite my efforts, Fashionova turned this into a nightmare, ruining my role as the officiant and forcing me to scramble last minute for my sister’s wedding! There was no live person to contact about this issue, and none of my multiple inquiries through the site were answered. This is service at its absolute worst. I was hesitant to order from Fashionova due to mixed reviews, but decided to take a chance, only to have a terrible experience. I request that a representative contact me to rectify this situation ASAP. Thank you!

I live in Germany. I made a purchase from fashionnova by gls. I never received the package and they refuse to refund despite all the proof that the package was returned to one of their stores in Holland. Today I had the carrier say that they were never contacted by fashionnova about the package and in their email they say that they did.

4moHELP!!!! Fashion Nova have given me no choice but to post my complaint here!!!! I purchased 2 items that were never delivered to me and no attempts were made to deliver the items to me by UPS. The items Tre returned back to FN. I contacted FN to get a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back!!! They have the items!!! There is no phone number to call so I’ve had to email them to communicate this issue. It’s been 20 emails going back and forth with no resolution!!!! I hope this post gets to someone that can help me get a refund in the form of my original payment!
