I recently had a client of mine change course from 5x a week in-office into a hybrid (3 in / 2 out) schedule. The results were staggering...within three business days, they went from zero viable candidates to four, three of which were coming from their industry and two of which had their niche software system. The following week they had a successful acceptance, with a back-up candidate in tow just in case. Prior to making the switch, they had been sourcing for this position since April and didn't have a single candidate within their given industry. If you can't go fully remote, going hybrid will dramatically increase your candidate flow and make you a more desirable landing spot. #Hiring #AttractingTalent

I was able to hire someone from one of our workforce development partners. Right before the end of 2023. Recruiting and hiring qualified candidates while walking them through the onboarding process is always the most important thing. But when you hire someone from a workforce development partner that's a solid fit. It just hits differently. Now I've built a direct pipeline through that partnership for future talent.
