Published 02/25/2022 Is This The Collapse of the Great American Empire? "What is happening is perhaps a change in the world as we know it. You may not be old enough to remember it, but in the 1950s, the United States was the undisputed world leader. It wasn’t even close. We had helped liberate many nations in two separate World Wars. Our nation was rich, wholesome and motivated. There was excitement all over the place and national pride was higher than it had been since the end of the American revolution. It didn’t matter if it was big cities or in the exploding suburbs. Most of the country was happy, healthy, in good spirits and relatively well off. Many of us are depressed, unhealthy, broke, worried, overworked, underpaid and super negative. We are a divided nation now. And our power is waning. Fast. Since recorded history, this planet has seen superpowers rise, rule and then fall. The Romans, the Greeks, the Assyrians, the Egyptians, the Babylonians, the British. There have been many books written about the fall of once great empires. Each is unique in its demise. The question is - Are we next? Look around. The signs are all around us. Our people sleep on the streets, our young generation is broke and is refusing to work and start a family. Good jobs are gone and many of our former great cities are crumbling. Our population growth peaked. We’re divided politically. We’re getting fatter and poorer. Our teachers, our nurses and our police officers are overworked and underpaid. It’s not a bright future. Look around you. There are a lot of signs that indicate our empire is close to coming to an end, if it hasn’t happened already. The decades of US dominance in trade, culture and morality is threatened. You COULD say we’re just an above average nation now."

It is the temptation of empire and control that is the alluring trap which costs those captured by it there very kingdoms, nations and empires they have. And so in follies many have come and gone, risen and fallen all those which came before never learning the lessons of the past in the pride of their present. I wrote these verses inspired by the bitter lessons offered by history rerun under the sun in every generation. Nothing forged upon counterfeits and darknened parallels which banish truth, love, justice, mercy, humility and courage in faith stands the test of time. It is this great and terrible lesson we now are faced with either learning earnestly or continue find ourselves succumbing to the complicity and complacency which renders both man and nations back to the dust in ruin, shame, corruption unrestrained in cowardice unwilling to stand against the shadows. For how long shall we tolerate the filling up of graves with the dead whose lives where wasted for the precious few who care nothing for truth nor virtue nor those whose decisions and actions hath made sacrilege out of the noble self sacrifice of they who serve the highest cause. And for people so too for the nation. In ancient Rome, a group of men loyal to the Republic feared that Julius Caesar was going to make his dictatorship permanent and establish a monarchy. In 44 BC, they decided to assassinate him, thereby restoring the Republic. In the ensuing chaos and power vacuum, Caesar's great nephew Octavius quickly rose to the top, assumed power, and permanently ended the Republic by establishing a de facto monarchy. After Caesar's death, it came out that he had never intended to create a monarchical system. The conspirators brought about precisely what they had tried to stop. In 19th-century India, under British colonial rule, authorities decided there were too many venomous cobras in the streets of Delhi, making life uncomfortable for the British residents and their families. To solve this, they offered a reward for every dead cobra residents would bring in. Soon, enterprising locals began to breed cobras in order to make a living from the bounty. The government caught on to this and canceled the program. The breeders, resentful of the rulers and angered by their actions, decided to release their cobras back on the streets, thereby tripling the population from before the government program. Other notorious examples would include the 18th Amendment establishing prohibitions in the United States in 1920, which was designed to stop the spread of alcoholism but only ended up increasing alcohol consumption by a substantial amount. Another example is the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese in 1941, designed to decimate the US Naval force in one blow and bring America to its knees. Instead, it shook the American public out of its deep isolationism, ensuring the total mobilization of the country's superior manpower and resources to not only defeat the Japanese but also to obliterate its military for good. The very success of the attack guaranteed the opposite of the intended result, Robert Greene writes in his spectacular book, "The Laws of Human Nature."

To: My American friends and relatives. From: One Canadian’s view: There are many Canadians on the conservative side of the coin that believe the US election this November 2024 and the installation of Donald Trump back into the Oval Office is the final opportunity to begin to restore the erosion of the Judaeo Christian culture of western civilization. America and Canada including Europe, Central and South America. Australia and New Zealand and the rest of the western world are beginning to experience a positive shift to the center right from the left and it is beginning to take shape. A common sense view of historical values and morals. In essence a spiritual battle that is lead by the Global Elites, Marxists, Communists, and Radical Sharia Islamists who are dedicated to that goal. The destruction of the nuclear family and the tearing down of the church is their primary target. Donald Trump, a courageous and providential figure for our time, while not a perfect human being, is situated with his knowledge and wisdom of the world’s situation and for this time in history will be in the position to lead the world out of this current darkness. To all my American friends and relatives it’s time for you to man the ramparts and get to work, to speak truth to power and to not be silenced or intimidated by the current government and their complicit media. The western world is counting on you.

स्वतंत्रता दिवस, Independence Day.. an incredible moment of pride and celebration, paying tributes to our Heroes, their gallantry & sacrifices. But we must also remember some uncomfortable truths associated.. ( in the contemporaneous and immediate era, if not past to then ) 1. 1947 Partition 2. Biased grounds and traumatic episodes of the Partition and some other aspects coined that lived with us.... 3. Appeasement 4. Constitutional favouritism 5. History's selectivism Not sure if these can ever be repaired and compensated in complete sense. Well, I am a big promoter to look ahead, while we are taking our development edifice taller, it is imperative we rectify the foundation for sustaining it. Least we can do is to be aware and encapsulate our wish in legitimate methods, A wish - to strengthen the great nation further ..United by oneness, United by fairness & free from appeasement, free from favouritism both in Policy and in Real !! #UnifiedLaw4everyone #Oneness #NoAppeasement Jai hind , जय भारत ।। Please Note - The thoughts and opinions are in personal capacity and don't represent neither associate to any organization/institution.
