We had the immense pleasure of hosting a culinary maestro, Chef Charlie Baggs, for an exclusive tour through our scallop processing facility. From unveiling the intricate steps of our processing, grading, and packing phases, to engaging in enlightening conversations, the day was a deep dive into the heart of our commitment to quality and transparency. It’s not every day that you find yourself in a room with someone who’s equally passionate about seafood, particularly from the vantage point of delighting taste buds! What struck a chord was hearing Charlie share his firsthand experiences, the journey of our scallops from being harvested from the ocean's bounty to being served as culinary masterpieces. His insights from the other end of the supply chain were not just informative but deeply valuable, reminding us of the impact our products make after they leave our facilities. A heartfelt 'Thank You' to Charlie for bridging the gap between supplier and chef, reminding us of the symbiotic relationship we share. Here’s another consultancy client case study that I’m very proud to shout about ❤️ I’ve been working with Seamus O'Donnell and Tom Rowley at The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant Ltd for a few years now. Initially working with them on a sustainable supper club project back in 2022. We immediately got on really well and understood each other’s way of working.
