To that end, we regularly ask Polish women and men what they expect from MediaMarkt Polska. 🧐In our latest survey, conducted in March 2024 using the CAWI method on a representative group of Generation Z, we asked about shopping preferences and brand loyalty. 📢The results show that as many as 66.3% of young Poles choose to use loyalty programs when shopping once a month or more often. More than 86% of young Poles shop online or through a mobile app at least once a month. Easy access, speed of the process and efficient, intuitive solutions play a huge role in the shopping decisions of Generation Z. To be closer to the customer, you need to understand their needs. When creating new solutions and services, we do so with our customers' needs in mind, in the spirit of our #Experience_Electronics, #Shopping_Experience and #Usage_Experence strategy. I recently stumbled upon a striking statistic from KPMG that 65% of consumers compare prices on their mobile devices while shopping in physical stores. This got me thinking, as I am more of an in-store shopper myself. Yet, when I am out shopping with my family, especially for big-ticket items, they are always checking online prices. It's clear how informed consumers have become, researching before they buy.
