Analysing Braverman's tenure underscores a critical realisation: having a diverse figurehead doesn't automatically translate to diverse thinking. True diversity encompasses a spectrum of perspectives, not just a diverse outward appearance. Leadership should champion inclusivity of thought, valuing varied insights and experiences. It's about fostering an environment where diverse voices are not just present but actively heard and considered. Lift and Shift a countries GDP to levels for this day and age. Implementation of administration standards and proof its effectiveness after the lift and shift the country is up to standards to join the OECD and qualify to the reporting and administration requirements as set forth in standards and developed countries. A perfect recommendations having a countries compliance score being improved by the low cost high returns and the low effort high returns first. After which some fine tunning due to the capacity increases to make well orientated investments in higher efforts and higher costs to achieve those standards.
