What is Turbulent Mixing? The utilization of lysine-reactive chemistries has led to significant advancements in targeted covalent inhibitors (TCIs). However, the availability of aminophiles with balanced reactivity/stability for the development of cell-active TCIs remains limited. This work providing a general guide for the future development of other lysine-reactive TCIs based on ArOSO2F chemistry. The comparison of stability and amine reactivity between ArOSO2F-containing irreversible covalent probes and their reversible covalent counterparts based on salicylaldehyde demonstrates the broad tunability of these probes, offering insights into their potential applications in drug discovery and beyond. #covalentbinders #lysne #drugdiscovery https://lnkd.in/eHeAVKW4
