The structure and spectroscopic properties of 5 methyl 2 8 quinolinyl benzoxazole and its complexes with Zn(II ion were studied using a DFT and TD DFT methods with def2 TZVP basis set. What is Turbulent Mixing? Is it any good for LNP production? 👀 ❓ 🌀 Turbulent mixing refers to the process where fluid streams interact at high velocities, leading to a chaotic and vigorous mixing action. This occurs when the kinetic energy in the fluid motion is converted into turbulent energy, characterized by random, swirling, and unpredictable flow patterns. 🔀 Turbulent mixing is highly efficient because it breaks down laminar flow layers and promotes a more homogeneous mixture. ----- 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝: Turbulent mixing allows access to higher degrees of flow rates and thus significantly accelerating the production process and batch capacity. The utilization of lysine-reactive chemistries has led to significant advancements in targeted covalent inhibitors (TCIs). However, the availability of aminophiles with balanced reactivity/stability for the development of cell-active TCIs remains limited. This work providing a general guide for the future development of other lysine-reactive TCIs based on ArOSO2F chemistry.
