Depending on where you are on this spinning rock, you may (or may NOT) know what a 'Sloppy Joe' is (and no, it's what what my mother referred to me as during childhood; my room was somewhat tidy and marginally-organized, than you very much). For some, today is National Sloppy Joe Day, and I'd encourage those who choose to 'celebrate' to take a moment to reflect on the impact of 'eating in moderation' in a world of personalized wellness. At ENERGIA VITA, we understand that what we eat directly affects our specific health, internally, but equally impacts (negatively or positively; your choice) performance, energy, and even career success. Today, we're helping you celebrate with a suggested twist on the traditional Sloppy Joe, showcasing how simple swaps can lead to significant health benefits without sacrificing flavour.
