When I began my job search and was looking for my next opportunity, one of the biggest things I was indexing for (aside from career growth and a rocketship of a company) was a standout benefits package. incident.io surely did not disappoint and still continues to impress me on this front. Today marks 3 months at this amazing company and here's what I've learned about our benefits. We are a people first organization and aim to take care of our people the best way we can. We've invested in a package designed to prioritize everyone's physical and mental well-being, provide the right tools and opportunities for development, and allow for a healthy work-life balance. Some of my favorite benefits include: 🌴 Last Friday of the month off (aka 12 extra days a year) 🧘♀️ Subsidized ClassPass ☀ Banked Federal Holiday Policy (meaning we have the freedom to take a Federal holiday or save that day to take off at another time) Check out the full package here ⬇ What are some of your favorite company perks? #lifeatincident #incidentios

Onboard new hires BEFORE the holiday parties. 🥂 Starting a job is as much about syncing with the team as it is about understanding the role. When you’re navigating a remote or hybrid setup, those in-person interactions are worth their weight in gold. 🌟 Q4 can be the best time to seamlessly integrate new hires into the company culture. It offers a unique window to get to know new colleagues at holiday parties and end-of-year celebratory lunches. I felt a warm welcome when onboarding at Freeman+Leonard and immediately started building a foundation of trust with my new colleagues. Delaying hiring until January means missing year-end social opportunities, team integration, and being on the inside of the best jokes. Start your hiring now! 🤩 Need a hand with strategic onboarding before year-end? Let’s chat! #companyculture #holidayparties #hiringstrategy

Happy Top Talent Thursday - Leslee's Legendary Leading Line-Up! Vacations are in full effect, don’t let the work in the office suffer as the team starts to head out on vacation. A study by the American Psychological Association (APA) found that 52% of employees report that their workload increases significantly when coworkers are on vacation. 47% of employees feel their productivity suffers when covering for vacationing coworkers. The disruption in normal workflows and the need to take on unfamiliar tasks contribute to this decrease in efficiency. Avoid burn out and keep your employees happy, by having someone come in to assist while employees are out on vacation. Please let me know if you would like to see any resumes, or any other position we can assist you with. *LIMITED TIME ONLY: When you call me to solidify one of the candidates below before this Friday May 24th at 2pm, you can lock them in with the special rate below!! *(start day must be within a week) Thank you for thinking of me for your staffing needs, and referring me to anyone you know looking for work. I know, I know. I said I was headed off on vacation this week and wouldn't be in front of a screen or thinking about work. But the truth is... I'm NOT! Thanks to the ability to hire team members to keep things scheduled and make sure all goes as planned, I'm still able to stay consistent on my platforms while being 100% indulged in my vacation. Nat, I completely understand and respect your perspective on escaping the conventional 9-5 rat race in pursuit of true freedom and living life on your own terms. Your message brilliantly articulates the liberating mindset shift required to break free from systemic constraints and societal pressures that too often entrap people into sacrificing autonomy for the illusion of supposed "success." Rejecting arbitrary corporate metrics, hierarchies, and the daily grind opens up incredible possibilities when you have clarity on what YOU actually want from life. As you demonstrated through your own journey over 17 years ago, with the right mindset of creativity, strategic thinking, relentlessness, and radical self-belief, immense personal and professional freedom is attainable without needing any special advantages. The ability to structure your days fluidly, pursue your passions, spend quality time with loved ones, and live by your own rhythm and values instead of someone else's is priceless. You controlled your own destiny rather than being a cog in someone else's machine. That's hugely inspiring. Your closing invitation to provide clarity for others feeling trapped on the endless treadmill further underscores your selfless desire to empower people. Finding one's own "Why" and walking the unconventional path aligned with that is difficult but critical for sustained fulfillment. I deeply resonated with your powerful realizations that no one will hand you the life you deserve - you have to create it boldly for yourself. But also that you don't have to go it entirely alone, as there are guides who can illuminate the way. I commend you for being one of those guides helping people reclaim their sovereignty. Your perspective is as provocative as it is pragmatic and motivating.
