The demand for Procurement Analysts in the NSW market has been increasing this year as businesses and procurement teams have been heavily focused on cost savings initiatives and have needed to dig deeper into their data to identify opportunities. However, still only 24% of the NSW Procurement Analyst market is actively looking for a new role so there is a supply shortage could lead to lengthy, unsuccessful recruitment processes and frustrated hiring managers. In the absence of supply how do you solve the problem? One solution is to open the brief. Could you consider individuals with Finance, Supply Chain or Business analytics experience, who have very similar skillsets to offer? These professionals have a versatile skill set that can be adapted to various business domains, including Procurement.
