On the way to his new hire technician boot camp training, Customer Service Tech James Nethercutt Jr. was stopped at a red light when he saw a car run the signal and speed through the intersection at 30-40 mph, colliding with a bicyclist. With 10 years of experience as an EMT, James sprang into action, providing critical aid to the injured cyclist. Thanks to prompt medical attention, authorities expect the injured man to survive. This incident not only highlights James's quick response but also underscores the diverse and valuable backgrounds of our #Brightspeed technicians. Hopefully, James won't have to put his medical skills to use again anytime soon, but we are grateful for his quick thinking and willingness to help.
