I just had this conversation with a client who is so committed to taking personal responsibility in her life, that instead of focusing on the partner she wants to attract, and their qualities and characteristics, she recognizes the power of taking surrendered aligned action and trusting that when she creates alignment and unconditional love for herself, her ideal mate will come along. 5 steps to creating a life you love and attracting everything that’s for you: 1. PRIORITIZE YOUR TRUTH No matter who you are, you’ve done something for someone else, work, family, etc that was NOT in alignment with your deep desires, values and/or morals. The more you say NO to that which is unaligned, the bigger the doors become that are available for you to walk through. 2. RECOGNIZE LIFE IS A MIRROR When we start to see synchronicity and beauty in the world around us, we recognize that we’re in 10/10 alignment. When we start to recognize tiny nuances and energetic shifts (or massive triggers), we realize we’re out of alignment. 3. TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY Triggers or energetic patterns that are out of alignment are OUR RESPONSIBILITY to take accountability for. We GET TO face the emotion, feeling, mindset, behaviour or unconscious pattern, to recognize, bring acceptance to and then take aligned action to create more alignment for ourselves and others. 4. RELEASE ALL EXPECTATIONS Radical self-acceptance and compassionate self-forgiveness is what my last post was all about (I’ll link it below). If we incorporate these practices, we start to recognize that the only way to live is to be in FULL TRUST that life is exactly what it’s meant to be. 5. SAY THANK YOU Appreciation is the gift that keeps on giving. When we appreciate what we have (and even forward appreciate what we are creating/attracting), it appreciates. Literally, that which we FEEL gratitude for, not which we THINK, or SAY but truly, deeply, abundantly, BLISSFULLY, FEEL, we can create pure magic in our lives. ✨ It all starts with YOU! Lewis Howes thank you for sharing this powerful pearl of life.
There you go 💯

Only diversity can elevate what has already been done. The value of including diverse perspectives at your business decision tables adds the “Wow” factor that sets you apart in a crowded marketplace. If everyone in your leadership team has the same background or school alumni relationships, you’re missing opportunities for “Wow” 🎉 and likely missing a competitive advantage in your niche. DEI is a strategic necessity. Elizabeth Leiba , thank you 🙏🏽 #sustainablebusiness #sustainability #dei #strategicplanning

"Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun." - Mary Lou Cook Creativity is often seen as the color and music in the tapestry of life. It's a dance between the known and the unknown, where new ideas are born and the impossible becomes possible. Mary Lou Cook's words capture the essence of creativity beautifully, reminding us that it's not just about producing art or something new—it's about the spirit with which we approach life itself. 1. Inventing is the heart of creativity. It is about seeing beyond the current reality to what could be. Take the story of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, who invented the first Apple computer in a garage. They saw the potential for personal computing before it was a reality, changing the world as we know it. 2. Experimenting is about trying new things without fear of failure. Consider Thomas Edison, who famously said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." His relentless experimentation led to the creation of the light bulb, among other inventions. 3. Growing through creativity means constantly learning and evolving. J.K. Rowling's journey from a struggling single mother to the author of the Harry Potter series is a testament to growth. She transformed her life through her writing, inspiring millions in the process. 4. Taking risks is inherent in creativity. Without risk, there is no reward. Elon Musk risked his entire fortune on SpaceX and Tesla, pushing the boundaries of space travel and automotive technology. 5. Breaking rules can lead to breakthroughs. Pablo Picasso broke away from traditional painting techniques to help create Cubism, which revolutionized modern art. 6. Making mistakes is a natural part of the creative process. It is how we learn and improve. Walt Disney was once fired for lacking imagination and having no good ideas. He went on to build an empire based on creativity. And finally, having fun is what makes the journey worthwhile. When we enjoy the process, we're more open to creative thinking. Richard Branson embodies this principle, bringing a sense of play to all his business ventures. In conclusion, creativity is not just about what we create, but how we live our lives. It is about embracing the unknown, learning from our experiences, and finding joy in the process. Whether we are inventing the next technological marvel or simply finding a new way to solve a problem at work, creativity is the spark that lights up our world. It is a reminder that life is not just a series of tasks to be completed, but a canvas to be painted with our brightest colors. So let's pick up the brush and start painting! 🎨 If you like this, kindly FOLLOW or CONNECT with Martin Landry ®️. Thank you.
