An Event Coordinator Is One Busy Person
We���ve all been to events and have had a great time networking, enjoying the program and ambiance while nibbling on some great food.
Well chances are that you didn’t even see the person who was responsible for making sure you had such a good time. That person would be the event coordinator.
An event coordinator has a very demanding job – often a thankless job. There’s a saying in the meetings and events industry – “the only time you would see an event coordinator is usually when things go wrong”.
This is a FULL TIME position. Due to frequency of on-location meetings, applicants will only be considered if they live in, or are willing to relocate to, the greater Tampa Bay area.

This job is not a 9–5 one. You can be flexible with the timing.
In order to manage the events, you get to visit various locations, venues, etc.
You get to interact with and observe the stars.
If you are successful, there is money.
You can apply your creative thinking.
