Bose Corporation your customer service is the worst I have experienced. I purchased a Bose Bluetooth speaker and the connectivity keeps dropping out. I sent it back for repair even though it was just purchased and your team sent it back and guess what????? The same problem. The customer service team blamed my i-phone.........................It's crap, great sound but I'll just pay extra form B&O next time. Would not usually write stuff like this but f it Bose is not cheap and they could not give a damn about their customers.
