(“My-Asia”) Property Manager @ Alter Property Management with Expertise in Residential Real Estate. I am passionate about business growth and personal development.
Beware of magazine scams, new and current real estate agents! Especially coming from “top agent”. They will reach out discussing an opportunity for a free feature in a “top agent” magazine. It will in fact not be “free” and they will request your credit card information on the spot, do not give your confidential information. The issue is what they do with your confidential information. Here’s information from a website that exposes these scams: “Telemarketers will call and trick you into paying for expensive multi-year magazine packages. They will pretend to call from the magazine company and say that you won a big prize (such as a $1,000 gift card or luxury watch), or are entitled to “bonus” magazines, or a lower payment or credit. To receive the prize, bonus, or credit, you have to confirm or provide your personal and financial information and participate in a tape-recorded “verification” of the order. The scammers will then change the recording or the terms of the offer. When you don’t get what you were promised, they will use the recordings to force you to pay. Do not provide solicitors with your personal or financial information. Many of these companies refuse to cancel people’s packages, which can lead to credit card disputes, debt collection actions, and even identity theft.” If you’re confused, contact the publisher directly. Do not trust the phone number listed on the notice, but look up the telephone number on the publisher’s website or on the magazine itself. If you believe you are a victim of a magazine scam, or would like to report a suspicious “renewal” or solicitation offer, you may file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Public Inquiry Unit, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. Information from: https://lnkd.in/dYshz3wB YouTube video mentioning Top Agent: https://lnkd.in/dcBjMrXN Build your own record as an agent, build your portfolio, don’t fall for magazine scams! Stay safe! ❤️ #realestate #realestateagent #realestateagents #realestateagenttips

So over $100,000.00 in damages done to a business all because in California laws are not enforced! Question should be why would you waste more money from insurance or profits to clean up the mess, reopen, only to have the same thing happen again? Unfortunately to those who work hard to be successful all gets trashed by liberal politicians who believe people should not be held accountable for destroying someone else’s property! Business owners should take notice of how long it took police to show up. For the police to not show up for hours is a result of laws aren’t enforced so why should they waste their time looking for the criminals when if caught won’t be prosecuted anyways? For many businesses they voted for this when they voted democrat. Now unfortunately they are paying for it. It is time to shut businesses down in these violent lawless cities and states and move on to where laws are enforced! If you move on you don’t keep voting for the people who drove you out of business, Democrats!
