Search and apply for jobs strategically

- [Instructor] Find the job that's right for you faster with the help of Premium recommended jobs and Premium job search filters. From the Jobs page, you can search for a job, either by browsing through the jobs recommended by LinkedIn or by searching keywords. As a Premium subscriber, you get access to recommendations where you're more likely to hear back. Here on the Jobs page, scroll down to the Premium job section to see job postings that LinkedIn's AI model thinks you're qualified for based on the work experience, skills, and interests you have in your profile, as well as the data from the recruiter's interaction with the job posting. This combination of data means you have a higher likelihood of hearing from recruiters and hiring managers for these positions. Be sure to click Show all to see the full list of current jobs. This list of jobs is updated in real time as new jobs are posted and as you update your profile's work experience, so be sure to keep your profile up to date to see the most relevant and latest job postings. This can help you save time while searching for jobs, so you can spend more time applying to the right jobs. Back on the main Jobs page, you can also search for jobs most relevant to you by using keywords and filters. For example, start by typing your desired role into the universal search bar. This provides a list of relevant job postings. You can then narrow down your search using the filters at the top of the page to search by the date the job was posted, experience level, company, Easy Apply, remote capabilities, and so on. Click All filters to access all available filters. With your Premium membership, you can apply an extra filter of Top Applicant Jobs, which identifies the jobs where you're more likely to hear back from the recruiter or hiring manager based on your skills and experiences listed in your profile. Be sure to browse the other filters to see even more ways to narrow down your search. For example, find jobs that have only under 10 applicants so far, or that offers specific benefits.
