- The future of work is unfolding now, and is concurrently transforming in the metaverse. The transition of HR processes into the metaverse is not something that will happen 10 years from now. The transition has begun. So as an HR leader, if you're not thinking about how a metaverse strategy can improve key metrics for productivity, performance, engagement, and retention, you risk falling behind in the evolution of the transition of work. The purpose of this course is twofold. First, I want to introduce you to how organizations are capitalizing on the metaverse and leveraging strategies in recruitment, L&D, and remote work experiences.
