- The future of work is diverse. It is inclusive. It is equitable, and fosters belonging for all employees. HR leaders get this and understand the value of embedding diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging into organizational culture and throughout the employee experience. So, it's no wonder then, that DIEB should be replicated in the metaverse. In this course, you learn that HR processes, like talent acquisition, learning and development, and remote work, have already transitioned into the metaverse. And as the metaverse evolves over time, of course, more HR processes and functions will take place in the metaverse.
