Although the complaint of a customer should always be registered as valid or invalid putting aside what customers should accept from a 5 star to 2 star are always to be treated as a 10 star. You don't know if the person paying for the 2 star paid for it only because it truly what they could afford. It's like saying what you see is what you get. Incorrect we all should strive for the best no matter what. The woman in the Bible gave only two pennies(everything) and the ones that gave more gave out of the abundance. Treat everyone as equal valid or invalid we all have had our days.
