As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations team. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, tracking orders, reconciling and resolving invoice receipts, and maintaining pricing information for purchased parts. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our key stakeholders will be crucial.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or a related field will be preferred.

Business Area & the role
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations team. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, tracking orders, reconciling and resolving invoice receipts, and maintaining pricing information for purchased parts. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our key stakeholders will be crucial.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop good relationships with key stakeholders such as receiving, purchasing, factories, inventory, and quality teams.
- Coordinate with the on-time delivery of Open Orders, for Active Parts.
- Process requisitions and update Management on the status of orders
- Arrange the transportation of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
- Assess the quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to Management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze performance and recommend and implement improvements.
- Maintain a professional working relationship and cross-functional team of Planners, Product Line, and Receiving team.
- Collaborate with Category Managers and ensure the execution of the sourcing activities and relevant information.
- Understanding of Purchase Order data, Shipment Documentation, and INCOTERMS
- Develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring Purchase Orders

- Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles.
- Analytical skills, critical thinking
- Communication skills for effective collaboration with Teams and Stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changes in market conditions and business priorities.
- Proficiency in using PC-based applications ( Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
