Opportunity

We primarily seek Industry Professionals to share their expertise with both undergraduate and graduate students across various disciplines.
Courses typically meet once or twice a week for eight weeks.
Our teaching approach combines face-to-face interaction with cutting-edge technology, fostering an enriching learning environment.
Commitment is on a course-by-course basis.
Responsibilities
As a member of our faculty, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and delivering approved syllabi that align standards.
Organizing, preparing, and regularly updating course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Utilizing appropriate technological tools for online components, facilitating accessibility for all students.
Demonstrating effective oral and written communication to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
Setting clear expectations for the course, including objectives, assignment/examination dates, and grading criteria.
Ensuring exam content aligns with course objectives and maintaining fairness and consistency in grading.
Fulfilling other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Possession of a master's degree (with 18 graduate hours in the relevant subject for undergraduate teaching).
Additional requirements may apply based on state licensing or accreditation standards.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise and exceptional communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and instruct students in diverse and non-traditional settings.
Capacity to collaborate collegially and facilitate group efforts effectively.
