Position Summary: Enthusiastically answering all calls made to property and communicating with guests and departments to best answer the questions and concerns of callers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Communicates effectively and efficiently with callers and other departments within the company. Answers questions regarding the property, departments, promotions, events, etc. Actively promotes the property and events to encourage guests to initiate or continue visitation. Resolves caller issues/concerns and works directly with Player Development Supervisor to receive guidance when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of Call Center, Marketing, Special Event, Hotel Operations, Box Office Operations or related guest service experience. Intermediate typing skills. Strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
