Drives all operational and strategic initiatives, while overseeing leadership of day-to-day operations within the Hospice organization, serving as the primary point person for the Hospice program for the TCT platform.
Monitors and manages productivity and performance of all clinical field staff to maintain target levels of profitability and patient care.
Works with all operational levels to execute on organizational priorities around patients, families, and communities.
Support growth of business both organically and through acquisitions/de novos in existing and new markets.
Manages and oversees continued growth and scalability of organization including monthly and quarterly profit and loss analysis to determine and track profitability.
Works with the Executive Team to develop strategic analysis for business opportunities and organizational growth.
Brings forward recommendations on existing operational systems for efficiency and improvement opportunities, overall fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance.
Develops operational strategies that are aligned with the company. Ensures those strategies are effectively deployed throughout the organization at all levels.
Drives uplifting culture and supportive work environment; maintains effective employee relationships.
Works with the VP of Human Resources on recruiting and hiring operations team members.
Instills industry best practices to Hospice team and operational workflows to drive compliance and operational excellence.
Maintains the highest standards of care through the organization along with ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferred.
10+ years of operational experience including managing a team within a multi-site, multi-state hospice organization along with working knowledge of hospice laws and regulations including Medicare Conditions of Participation, etc.
Deep knowledge of and experience with HomeCare HomeBase is required. Muse experience is preferred.
Prior experience working at a PE-backed organization including acquisitions/integration experience and reinforcing process/discipline would be beneficial.
Demonstrated career progression and proven track record of growing programs and/or leading operations through major growth and change.
Ability to drive enterprise value and ensure the same processes throughout the company.
Able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional/team environment.
