My Client is an enterprise, Series D funded HealthTech. Their sole focus is on improving mental health and well-being.
Rooted in clinical strategy and research, their cutting-edge, evidence-based approaches are disrupting the space and helping millions back to better health.
Responsibilities:
- "Hunter" mentality - ability to aggressively prospect and implement an effective lead generation strategy to win new clients.
- Develop and implement a strategic and proactive approach to identify and cultivate new relationships with regional and national payers, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at health plans, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Understand target customer’s business needs, leveraging consultative skill-set to develop customized proposals and pitch materials.
- Own full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space
- 6+ years of managing high performing teams
- Has a deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space
- Experience in channel, consulting, strategy, or business development
- High attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the desire to lead strategic projects with high visibility
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
