Vice President of Artifical Intelligence

We’re looking for a Vice President of Artificial Intelligence to join a leading provider of innovative human capital solutions, dedicated to enhancing organizational performance and employee satisfaction. As the VP of AI, you will spearhead the development and implementation of AI strategies to revolutionize our human capital solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build AI-driven products, and optimize operational processes. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for leveraging AI technologies to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of leadership in AI strategy development and implementation, preferably in a human capital or related industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Success in powering products and platforms with AI and Data Science models and operationalizing these solutions at scale.
• 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 6+ years in leading and managing large teams in a product organization
• Knowledge in AI, Analytics, and visual storytelling.
• Experience across the ML landscape, including natural language processing, anomaly detection, recommendations, personalization, statistical learning theory, deep learning, and advanced analytics.
