We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control II to join our Financial Crimes Compliance AML Surveillance Transaction Monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage a team of approximately 5 – 10 AML professionals performing financial crimes investigations
Contribute to the assessment and validation of controls for AML processes and procedures to drive compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
Engage with Business and Compliance professionals to identify, capture, and escalate issues to senior management
Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop professional staff to maximize their contributions and support their professional growth
Ensure compliance with the timely execution of transactional investigations and drive quality control standards and performance
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
7-10 years of total work experience, with 2-5 years of management experience, experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring desired
Subject matter expertise in financial crimes investigations
Delivery of data analytics, reporting of key risk indicators, and works comfortably with large data sets
Evidence of People Leadership required
