Job Title: Validation Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Validation Lead with expertise in GitLab and MuleSoft (or other middleware technologies) to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software validation, middleware integration, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead validation activities for software and middleware integration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Utilize GitLab for version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Implement and manage validation processes for MuleSoft or other middleware technologies.
• Develop and execute validation plans, protocols, and reports, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and IT, to define validation requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to validation team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential issues and ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Document and maintain validation deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on validation activities and project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in software validation and middleware integration, with a focus on GitLab and MuleSoft (or similar middleware technologies).
• Strong understanding of validation principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in leading validation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and client stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
