Market Knowledge Utilization: Utilize expertise in local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize sales results and territory performance.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with matrix team members, internal and external stakeholders to establish and improve territory performance.
Strategic Business Planning: Develop detailed business plans using data analysis to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Efficiency and Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and streamline processes to drive business results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
3 years of sales experience required.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in hospital or large account settings.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in Urology.
Demonstrated track record of consistent performance.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Buy & Bill products is preferred.
Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to travel with overnight stays and a valid driver's license.
