The Territory Business Manager will oversee sales activities and marketing strategies within an assigned geographic area, focusing on urology accounts, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies. They will analyze market opportunities, develop business plans, and ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to promote products, educate on proper use, and highlight clinical value
Utilize knowledge of local market trends and key customers to drive territory-level results
Collaborate closely with team members to enhance territory performance
Establish effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Develop territory business plans using internal resources and data analysis
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process enhancements
Understand and leverage unique geographic market opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
3 years of sales experience
Preferably 2 years of experience working with hospitals or large accounts
Preferably 2 years of experience in urology
Demonstrated track record of performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Buy & Bill products is a plus
Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
Must have a valid driver's license
