What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the 5th Production Supervisor to design and develop comprehensive, interactive and effective training programs
• Continually update and improve training materials to reflect the latest industry standards
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
• Maintain accurate training records of attendance and participation in training sessions
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, and performance assessments
• Serve as a Mentor through coaching, training, and developing in a positive work environment
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Previous experience training, coaching and mentoring employees within a manufacturing, production, industrial OR military environment
• Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Suite (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint etc) and other digital tools such as Power Bi, Sharepoint, etc.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Previous experience designing and maintaining a training program within a manufacturing facility
