Trading Operations Manager

I'm Partnering with a large regional bank looking for a skilled Trading Operations Manager to join the team. In this role, you will manage a team of 6 and provide guidance and support to ensure accurate and compliant processing of investment transactions.

***This role is 5 days a week onsite***

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team for accurate and compliant investment transaction processing
• Handle customer inquiries, open Safekeeping Accounts, and onboard new clients/customers
• Review and approve investment transactions, ensuring compliance
• Maintain expertise in bond trade life cycles and resolve trade settlement issues
• Identify and implement process improvements and training plans
• Manage system administration and testing for various platforms

Skills:

• 6+ years of financial operations experience
• Tradesuite experience is a must
• Experience with InTrader, Bloomberg TOMs, or Safekeeping Online Portal
• Strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Capital Markets or Brokerage experience, management, accounting, familiarity with FIS systems
• Bonds/fixed-income experience would be a plus
