Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative content strategies on TikTok
Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals
Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
Requirements
Hard Skills:
In-depth knowledge of current TikTok trends is a must
Commercial experience with brands or companies is advantageous
Proven track record of creating viral TikTok content is a plus
Personality & Soft Skills:
Punctual and reliable with a strong respect for deadlines and meetings
Highly responsible and proactive in identifying new content opportunities
Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas
Energetic and optimistic, bringing positive vibes to the team
Ideally a representative of Generation Z
College/university student or recent graduate preferred
Native English speaker or foreigner with no accent
