Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide test/evaluation of products and new technologies in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Develop pass-fail evaluation methods in vaping industry and create SOPs.
2. Develop and organize engineering documentation, including products specifications, selling points, and test plans.
3. Prepare technical reports and present them to project teams.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives and optimize current products to fit in need of customers.
5. Provide technical support in a timely manner for pre-sales, customer complaints and customization.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and industrial designers, to ensure seamless integration of functional elements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or relevant coursework completed).
2. Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning and acquiring new skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences within the vaping and cannabis industry.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
6. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
