The ideal candidate will play a major role in managing and growing relationships with our key clients, architects, and facility operators. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


Key Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, architects, facility operators, and glazing contractors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards KPI established for target product and assigned focus territory.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop territory plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion within existing accounts.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, working with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of specialty glass products and their applications is a plus.
  • Background and understanding of the educational market, particularly in the glass and/or construction industry, is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
