The ideal candidate will play a major role in managing and growing relationships with our key clients, architects, and facility operators. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, architects, facility operators, and glazing contractors.
Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work towards KPI established for target product and assigned focus territory.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop territory plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion within existing accounts.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer issues promptly, working with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of specialty glass products and their applications is a plus.
Background and understanding of the educational market, particularly in the glass and/or construction industry, is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel as needed.
