The Quality Technician will support the Quality initiatives on night shift and report to the Quality Manager
Essential Job Responsibilities
Support the Quality Department to achieve production/manufacturing targets and customer focused initiatives.
Provide direct plant support to the production and quality functions.
Support continuous improvement while collaborating with Operations, Engineering and Materials teams.
Support the maintenance of Standard Work, Work Instructions, and Support current and new product introductions.
Perform Quality audits.
Education
Qualifications And Experience
Highschool diploma. Additional relevant education preferred.
3-5 years Quality related experience preferred.
3-5 years of fabrication experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and Preferred.
A Plus If You Have
Quality related certifications
Metal Fabrication industry experience
Six Sigma & Lean Methodologies
