Technician, Quality Assurance - Night Shift

Quality Technician – Night Shift (Paris, IL)

The Quality Technician will support the Quality initiatives on night shift and report to the Quality Manager

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Department to achieve production/manufacturing targets and customer focused initiatives.
  • Provide direct plant support to the production and quality functions.
  • Support continuous improvement while collaborating with Operations, Engineering and Materials teams.
  • Support the maintenance of Standard Work, Work Instructions, and Support current and new product introductions.
  • Perform Quality audits.

Education

Qualifications And Experience

Highschool diploma. Additional relevant education preferred.

  • 3-5 years Quality related experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of fabrication experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and Preferred.

A Plus If You Have

  • Quality related certifications
  • Metal Fabrication industry experience
  • Six Sigma & Lean Methodologies
