We are seeking a leader for a small firmware engineering team developing IoT type devices. This will be a player/coach role where you would be contributing technically alongside your team members. It is a direct-hire role at a company with a welcoming work culture.
Requirements:
Experienced people leader with team lead and/or manager experience
10+ years experience in embedded/firmware development including work with RTOS
Servant leader approach
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience with Internet-Of-Things systems with network access through wired, Wi-Fi, and cell or sat radios
Prefer experience with low-power systems
