Windows Administration (Windows Server, Windows 10, Active Directory, MECM, SQL Servers)
Serve as the system owner for windows infrastructure systems providing services to other SOC stakeholders.
Design, develop, or recommend integrated system solutions ensuring proprietary/ confidential data and systems are protected, participating with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs, and configuring and validating secure systems, testing security products/systems to detect computer and information security weakness.
Support the project lifecycle for infrastructure and technology projects. Support inventory and procurement efforts. Support the development of Bill of Materials for budgetary quotes.
Attend team lead sessions and act as a conduit with the program leadership team, to include weekly / monthly reporting, identification of employees for rewards and recognition, and participation in program planning for recurring meetings such as the All Hands.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, including 6+ years of design, development, integration, implementation, operation and analysis of Windows systems. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or professional certifications will be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex systems administration issues in an enterprise environment.
Strong attention to details, works well with direction.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and must be capable of understanding, documenting, communicating and presenting technical issues in a non-technical manner to audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and successfully manage competing/changing priorities.
Proficient in understanding and applying NIST SP 800-53 control families to enhance system security, and documenting control compliance.
Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity design, engineering, and operations, ensuring robust security protocols.
Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policies.
Experience implementing STIGs in a Windows environment.
Capable of identifying inefficiencies within the IT environment and implementing effective remediations.

Formal leadership training
Experience managing an IT Infrastructure functional team.
Expertise with McAfee ePO (ENS, Drive encryption)
Expertise with Storage (Brocade, NetApp, PureStorage)
Cyber Security Training or Certification (i.e., Security+, Network+, Splunk, FireEye)
Experience migrating IT infrastructure from on-premises to cloud-based systems, or effectively managing hybrid environments.
Microsoft Certifications such as AZ-800, AZ-801, or equivalent credentials highly desirable.
