However, all applications will still be reviewed** The Sr. Planning Analyst Manages, tracks and reports the inventory targets and trends including supporting the monthly IBP process with actual results and YE projections with glide paths. Leads the monthly site inventory Governance process/meetings and supports inventory initiatives. Supports scenario planning by creating inventory scenarios to support STEMS, EOL, Demand Changes, LTB (Last Time Buys) etc. and is the point of contact for external groups to provide inventory support/data for Milpitas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to support and manage Milpitas overall inventory management.
  • Manages, tracks, and reports inventory targets, including YE targets and glide paths. Identifies areas of
  • improvement for inventory efficiencies and tracks and partners with Finance on SLOB risks and reserves.
  • Lead the monthly site Inventory Governance process/meetings and reporting.
  • Support maintenance of Inventory Entitlement Model working with Global Inventory Team.
  • Support inventory initiatives from a site and Global Planning perspective.
  • Supports scenario planning by creating inventory scenarios to support STEMs, EOL, Demand Changes,
  • LTB (Last Time Buys), etc.
  • Supports SAP Master Data maintenance for PLAN.
  • Leads EOL (End of Life) process and reports progress to management and appropriate functions supporting EOL.
  • Point of contact for external groups to provide inventory support/data for Milpitas.
  • Supports documentation and maintenance of department's processes and procedures.Qualifications

Education

  • University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply ChainCertification (APICS) desirable.

Required

Experience and Skills:

  • 5 years related experience
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data and present them in a cohesive manner emphasizing main points.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with cross functional/ virtual teams where required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the
  • organization in both written & oral forms.
  • Ability to drive & apply continuous process improvement tools and improvements to day-to-day
  • functions and projects.
  • Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions.
  • Working knowledge of financial processes preferred.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 5% travel domestically and internationally

Preferred

  • 5 years of combined Planning (Supply/Demand), NPI (New Product Introduction), Inventory Management, and Supply Chain experience.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred

Additional Information

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $121,900.00
  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
    • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
