Sr Electrical Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineering Team Leader to join our growing company in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of electrical engineers to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create new product designs.
• Oversee all aspects of the electrical engineering team, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

To be successful, you will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in circuit assembly design.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance (active or previous clearance a plus).
