About The Role

We're seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst with a passion for data and a background in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG). In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our demand planning process, ensuring we meet customer demands and maintain optimal inventory levels. You'll collaborate closely with teams across cultivation, sales, marketing, and supply chain to develop robust forecasts and plans.

Responsibilities

Utilize your analytical prowess to drive accurate demand and supply forecasts, leveraging statistical models and data insights.

Lead cross-functional meetings to develop and refine demand and supply planning strategies.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales data, and market trends to optimize planning accuracy.

Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, providing data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

Conduct scenario planning and recommend strategies based on various demand and supply scenarios.

Support end-to-end product lifecycle understanding, from supply planning to customer analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience In Manufacturing, CPG, Or a Similar Industry Preferred.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, with strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
