About the Position: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health is currently recruiting for a Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II. This position works with consumers on our inpatient units acting in the role of Care Coordinator. The position involves case management, discharge planning, running psychoeducation groups, and participation in treatment teams. Collaboration with clinicians, physicians, and external community resources is essential to the role.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor or Master Behavioral Health degree or proof currently working on Master’s degree for licensure and 2 years of experience.
Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor or Master Behavioral Health degree or proof currently working on Master’s degree for licensure.
Applicants with non-behavioral health degree would qualify if they hold certification as a CPRP or CFRP
Offer of employment is conditional on becoming a certified CM II within 6 months. May be offered lower level if not able to qualify or become a certified CM II
No substitution for the bachelor’s degree
