All about the role:

In this position, you will be responsible for executing effective and efficient service delivery within the area of People Data (onboarding, offboarding, changes of terms and conditions, internal moves in Workday and in the payroll system, including document preparation, etc.), payroll, time and attendance, and handling employee/LM/HRBP HR inquiries.

What you’ll do:

  • Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday, as well as in payroll and time and attendance systems (if it is a country-specific role).
  • Ensures non-integrated people data is maintained on required systems (e.g., external systems).
  • Delivers digital and physical record and document management services.
  • Ensures employee and organizational data integrity and compliance.
  • Administers time and attendance data and various pre-payroll tasks (input collection, validation, sending, controlling).
  • At least intermediate knowledge of the systems used in particular HR area: Workday, TalentONE, SNOW, local Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, etc.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. in line with the functional scope

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 2 years of experience in similar domain
  • Workday experience

Qualifications required:

  • Very good understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes for white and blue collars environment
  • Experience in execution of People Data Processes
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in application of various HR tools (Case Management, HR Portals, Chatbot,
  • Knowledge Management tools, Digital signature tools, E-archiving tools)
  • Knowledge of Workday or equivalent tools
  • Knowledge of UKG, Krono
  • Fluent English /Other language to be added
