We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Recruiter to join our Team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging and attracting new talent for the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, utilizing multiple channels to find the best candidates, and building a robust pipeline of potential hires.


About the Job

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and professional associations
  • Implement advanced search techniques to uncover passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates to gauge their interest in current or future job opportunities and build and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged and interested in the organization
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent for the organization’s hiring needs
  • Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired qualifications
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance sourcing strategies and improve the quality of hires
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the organization’s reputation in the market
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
  • At least three to five years experience in recruiting or sourcing, particularly in a fast-paced or specialized industry, is highly beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and/or other recruitment tools
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary, Exempt from overtime
