Solution Analyst
Position Overview
You will contribute to a cross-functional solution team that offers plenty of opportunity to spread your wings and develop your skillset. Most of your time will be spent embedded with multiple members of the team who will look to you to provide support in terms of conducting and documenting research findings, and initially, helping to craft our future research and development process. You will focus on research, evaluation, design, improvement opportunities and contribute to developing and delivering quality deliverables. You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather input on future needs in the solution space.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to the Solution Innovation processes
- Create knowledge articles and other support documentation for the Solution Innovation competency
- Actively seeks to understand new and emerging technologies, their capabilities, and the value they bring to Viewpointe
- Experience with business/strategy analytics and reporting
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, flexible attitude and passionate about exploring new ideas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort participating in conversations and working sessions with audiences of all levels
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to translate findings into requirements
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements
- Complete documentation throughout various stages of the solution lifecycle, including documenting processes, business requirements and functional specifications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work independently and in a team environment without the need to be micro-managed

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or similar major
- 1-3 years of experience in business technology consulting or implementations
- Excellent business process analysis skills
- Excellent team player with strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and client development skills
- Knowledge and understanding of cloud-native technologies
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, and logic skills
- Real experience with lean/Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in productivity tools like Office365
- Preferred: 1-3+ years’ experience in financial services and banking industry
- Preferred: 1-3+ years’ experience with financial services technology and knowledge of financial services technologies used for content and data management
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft ADO, Miro, and similar software
- Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management technologies and applicable tools
Physical and Environmental Conditions
Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at computer terminals. Requires overnight travel as needed to customer locations, industry events and other work locations for training and internal planning and strategy meetings
