We are currently looking for a successful Senior Solar Project Coordinator in our Retro Solar division. This is a full-time position located in Sacramento (Natomas area).
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the project cycle for residential PV projects.
Help coordinate the design process and permit submittal.
Collaborate with the field teams in the installation progress.
Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers in updating the project schedule.
Make weekly contact with new customers.
Complete customer monitoring and solar map and communicate with the customer on access.
Create customer user manual and provide warranty docs, and installation and inspection. documentation to the customer at the close of each project.
Qualifications
General construction knowledge.
1-3 years of solar related work and knowledge of solar and battery systems.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Required.
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required.
Excellent Customer Service Skills Required.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, etc.
